The quest of Mountain Mist is to make "Simply Wonderful" products.

Simple ingredients, clean scent blends, and quality ingredients all combine to create an exciting line of skin care products you can enjoy. We make all of our products in small batches to ensure quality and we package them to enhance the beauty of the products we make.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange a phone or web order, please call us at 828.713.3772 to obtain a return authorization and receive further instructions.

You can return items up to 30 days after the date we shipped your order.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit and encourage the the use of UPS or USPS Delivery Confirmation to ensure your item is received.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
