Shipping

Summer Shipping Policies (May-September)

Due to the extreme heat over the majority of the country during the summer months, we have removed First Class Shipping as a shipping method. This will return once cooler weather arrives. In addition, to avoid orders being stuck in hot warehouses and non-cooled storage facilities over the weekend, orders are shipping Monday - Wednesday only.

Do not leave packages sitting outside or in your mailbox during periods of extreme heat. Please bring them in as soon as possible.

Shower Lotions are prone to melting. By purchasing these during the hotter months, the odds are they will arrive melted. This does not impact their usage - simply place lid-side down in your refrigerator until firm. They won't be as pretty but they work just as well as those that haven't melted!

At this time Mountain Mist ships only within the United States including Hawaii and Alaska. Please do not place orders for international shipments as they will not be fulfilled.

Our shipping policy makes shopping simple, easy and convenient. If your order will fit into a first class envelope, you'll be offered that option at checkout. Otherwise, shipping charges are as follows...

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange a phone or web order, please call us at 828-713-3772 to obtain a return authorization and receive further instructions.

You can return items up to 30 days after the date we shipped your order. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit and encourage the the use of UPS or USPS Delivery Confirmation to ensure your item is received.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
