Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you would like to return or exchange a phone or web order, please call us at 865-309-5109 to obtain a return authorization and receive further instructions.

You can return items up to 30 days after the date we shipped your order.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit and encourage the the use of UPS or USPS Delivery Confirmation to ensure your item is received.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

At this time Mountain Mist ships only within the United States including Hawaii and Alaska. Please do not place orders for international shipments as they will not be fulfilled.
